These Terms of Service govern your use of the Urban Loop LLC online store and your purchase of our products. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or use the store with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or violate another person’s rights.

We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, measurements, descriptions, prices, and availability accurately. Screens and devices may display colors differently. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, correct errors, update information, or discontinue products without notice.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, reseller activity, or shipping limitations. A charge or order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. If we cancel after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are calculated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update it when necessary.

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss and title transfer will occur as provided by applicable law and the carrier’s terms.

The store and its content—including designs, photographs, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and software—are owned by or licensed to Urban Loop LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the store only for personal, non-commercial shopping. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or exploited without written permission.

Third-party services, links, and payment options may be provided for convenience. Urban Loop LLC does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for any express product warranty stated by us and rights that cannot legally be excluded. Urban Loop LLC disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the store.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Loop LLC and its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the store or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Urban Loop LLC and its affiliates, owners, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the store, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the policies posted on the store, form the entire agreement relating to store use and purchases.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Utah unless applicable law provides another forum.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the revised terms.
