Shipping policy

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing estimates may be longer during launches, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Standard shipping within the United States normally arrives 3–8 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes.

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. We do not ship to international destinations at launch.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us through the store contact form as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

When an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans and delivery estimates can take time to update. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other events outside our control may cause delays.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery area, household members, and nearby neighbors, then contact the carrier. If the package remains missing, contact us through the store contact form and we will help review the available information.
